Cookie Settings

A cookie is a small file your browser keeps when you visit a site. partidulnostru.md uses necessary cookies, for the page’s basic operation, and two optional categories, described below, which only turn on with your consent.

We do not set any analytics or marketing cookie before you choose “Accept all” or explicitly check the matching category — the necessary category works regardless, without asking anything of you.

• Necessary — keep the page running (displaying the site, remembering the chosen language, form security). They cannot be turned off from this screen, because the site does not work without them.
• Analytics — Google Analytics. Shows us how many people visit the site and which pages they read. This category also covers the embedded map on the Contact page, which loads from Google.
• Marketing — the Facebook pixel, loaded through Google Tag Manager. Shows us whether our Facebook ads are reaching people. This category also covers the window with our Facebook page on the home page.

The legal basis for analytics and marketing is your consent, under Law no. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data; the necessary category rests on the legitimate interest of running the site and does not require consent. The choice is enforced through Google Consent Mode v2: while a category stays declined, its script does not even load on the page.

You can withdraw consent for analytics or marketing at any time, just as easily as you gave it — from this screen, or from the banner reopened with the “Cookie settings” button in the page footer.

On withdrawal, we erase the cookies of that category, listed in the inventory below, from the browser, on the site’s domain and its subdomains. The browser will not tell us which exact domain an already-existing cookie was set with — only its name — so we try erasing it under every domain our own scripts plausibly used; a cookie set in an unusual way, under a domain we did not anticipate, may remain in the browser until it expires on its own.
