Personal data rights

Law no. 195/2024 gives you the right to find out, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw a consent given earlier. Fill in the form below so we can register your request. A person from the party will first contact you, by phone or e-mail, to verify your identity — we never release data automatically; only a person can approve that, after checking who is asking. Once your identity is verified and the request is resolved, we will contact you again with the answer.

For example the consent given when joining the party — from now on we will no longer treat it as valid.

The law gives you two more rights that are not in the list above: restriction of processing — we keep your data but stop using it — and objection, by which you ask us to stop a particular use of your data, sending you messages for instance. Write to us at secretariat@partidulnostru.md for those; the reply term is the same.

The text of your request*

We reply within one month of receiving your request. For complex or numerous requests we may extend that by up to two months; we tell you about the extension and its reason within the first month. If we cannot act on your request, we tell you why within one month as well, and you may address the National Center for Personal Data Protection or the courts.

"Our Party" is an extraparliamentary opposition political formation, positioning itself as a pro-Moldovan party advocating for a balanced foreign policy between East and West. We are convinced that for the Republic of Moldova today, the priority is not geopolitics, but solving the country's and its citizens' problems.
