Manifesto of the Political Party "Our Party"
The Pact “For Moldova”
Aims and Objectives
Why is the Republic of Moldova the poorest country in Europe? Why are salaries (except for ministers' salaries) and pensions so low in our country? Why do so many people leave the Republic of Moldova and go to other countries?
Could our land be to blame? No, our land is one of the most fertile in the world! Perhaps we do not like to work? No, we know how to work and our labor is valued throughout the world.
Then what is the reason?
What is the problem, actually? The first answer is – not in “what”, but in “who”. The second – in the political class! Parties that call themselves “left” and “right” have divided the people and the country. Instead of ideas of development and modernization, they have imposed on society a different, false agenda: where should Moldova head - to the West or to the East? What language do we speak - Romanian or Moldovan? Who are we - Moldovans or Romanians?
The parties have divided the citizens of the Republic of Moldova into “theirs” and “foreign”, into “ours” and “others”. They follow the old proven principle: divide and rule! And while we are divided and argue among ourselves, they steal Moldova and grow rich.
This happens in all years of independence. Politicians oriented towards the West expect the EU to take Moldova under its care. Politicians oriented towards Russia expect Russia to do the same. Parties huddle in packs, offering each other to sign pacts. Some chant “Pro Europe”, others “Stop EU” and “For Eurasia”. Whoever wins this geopolitical battle, our division remains. And both sides close their eyes to the fact that Moldova is only a pawn in the geopolitical games between West and East.
Our Position
Renato Usatii and Our Party have no intention of uniting with anyone. We are centrist politicians, politicians of peace and understanding, politicians who create and develop.
The Republic of Moldova does not need to join anywhere. It must have its own path, its own development project.
We Need a “Pact for Moldova”
Why does the “For Moldova” project have prospects?
The project is based on the principle: “Moldova is a common home for all citizens”.
Renato Usatii and Our Party aim to unite the citizens of the Republic of Moldova around the idea of development and modernization.
For the realization of this idea we need:
- Peace, harmony, and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova.
- Promotion and development of the national identity of Moldovans, which involves enriching our common culture with the achievements of Romance culture and, at the same time, taking the best elements from Slavic culture, represented by Ukrainians, Russians, Bulgarians, Belarusians, and Poles living in the Republic of Moldova, as well as from Turkish culture represented by the Gagauz.
- Combining the best that was in the USSR with the achievements of Western civilization.
- Modernizing the economy and the social system of the Republic of Moldova.
The National Idea of the Republic of Moldova
Improving the well-being of citizens, valuing and developing human capital.
With Whom Will the Pact “For Moldova” Be Signed?
We call on the citizens of the Republic of Moldova to support this project. And only Renato Usatii and Our Party coming to power can guarantee its realization.
