I. The Modernization Plan for Moldova

For 32 years, the Republic of Moldova has lived without a roadmap for development. The country has not only stagnated during all this time, it has been deteriorating, because neither any president nor any prime minister has even thought to deliver a comprehensive modernization plan for the Republic of Moldova across key areas. After decades, we have found ourselves without systemic concepts for industrial revival, rehabilitation and development of all types of infrastructure, distinct planning in agriculture, transition to a new stage of development for healthcare and education systems, while all environmental problems are “solved” to the detriment of people and for the benefit of foreign corporations. The authorities have only encouraged the mass exodus of people abroad, the country's depopulation becoming a real threat to the state's security.

Without such a plan we will not succeed in accomplishing anything. Any prudent person, as we say, knows that the construction of a house begins with a project. Here, however, over 32 years, they first set about raising the walls, then put on the roof, then remembered they forgot to lay the foundation, they did all these things on the fly, and then in this wrongly built house they began to dig a basement or a swimming pool.

We will engage the best experts from Moldova and from abroad in the process of developing the modernization plan for the Republic of Moldova!

This plan must provide answers to the questions: what types of factories and plants does Moldova need, which directions should be developed in the agro-industrial sector, what agricultural crops should we grow? We must produce what is in demand in the world, what can become the basis for export growth and will accordingly help us not only reduce the external trade deficit but also the external debt.

A part of this plan must be the modernization of transport infrastructure.

In parallel with the implementation of Moldova's modernization plan, the system of professional technical education must be urgently restored.

The strategic goal of this plan is the complete reset of the Moldovan State based on a new Constitution.

However, any plan will remain only on paper if firm and urgent measures are not taken to eradicate corruption.
