FIRST BATCH OF BUSES "FROM ROMANIAN TWIN CITIES" ARRIVED IN BALTI

The first batch of Volvo buses from the Romanian twin city of Reshica has arrived in Balti. This was announced on social media by the mayor of the city, Alexandr Petcov, promising that the buses "will enter the routes in the near future."
He thanked the mayor of Resita, Ioan Popa, for his assistance and assistance. In total, 22 low-floor Volvo buses in working condition, a complete set of spare parts, as well as almost 6,300 liters of diesel fuel will be transferred to Balti residents as part of the agreement. The twinning Agreement between Balti and Reshica was signed in January 2025. It provides for cooperation in the fields of transport, infrastructure, urban planning, culture and education.
